He was predeceased by: his children, Anna Regina Wise and Michael Gene Wise; his parents, Ronal Wise and Ester Wise; and his siblings, Willie D. Wise, Annie Pearl Story, Thelma Scott, Edna Stephens and Glenda Merl Downs.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Wise; his grandson Alex Perkins; his siblings, A. J. Wise (Jackie) and Merlene Cook; and his brother-in-law Jim Downs. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other wonderful friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (18034 Main St N, Blountstown, FL 32424). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
