He was predeceased by: his wife Karen; his son Johnny; and his siblings, V. L., Raymond, Artice, Pete, Rubbie, Ola, Mandy, Sybil, Hilda, Hazel and Lavine.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Blackburn (Sheila) of Blountstown, Lisa Davis (Tony) of Clarksville and Shelly Seddon (Joe) of Cherokee; his daughter-in-law Amy Blackburn; and his sister-in-law Vonice Blackburn. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Home (18034 Main St N, Blountstown, FL 32424). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home Chapel (18034 Main St N, Blountstown, FL 32424).
