She is survived by: her children, Sawyer Lewis and Tegan Lewis; her parents, Richard Capizzi and Lynn Capizzi; her significant other Stephen Lewis; her brother Christopher Capizzi (Bridget); her nieces and nephews, Grayson, Hayden and Brooks; her parents-in-law, Phillip and Donna Lewis; her brother-in-law Phillip A. Lewis (Lenka); her nephew Simon; her brother-in-law Joseph Lewis (Carmen); and her nephew Connor.
