He is survived by: his children, Lori Cobb (Ellis Coe), Kim Burnham (Erik Ousback), Richard Mains (Lisa Vieux), Jeff (Heidi Mains) and Michelle (Michael Zinko); his grandchildren, Brandon, Mike, Logan, Brooke, Tyler, Justin, Chayanne, Ellis, Travis and Jasmine; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Mila.
