With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn Joyce Deatrick of Boca Raton, Florida, born in Munfordville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Tharpe and Morris Tharpe; and her husband Robert C. Deatrick. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Redden and Kimberly Kochert (Rick); her sister Doris Tharp; her grandchildren, Amanda (Rob), Kristen Redden, Maggie Marshall (Justin) and Kattie Becht (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Habka, Olivia, Mia Marshall, Gia Hull, Harlowe and Lucy Becht.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Market Street Chapel of Naville & Seabrook Funeral Homes (1119 E Market St, New Albany, IN 47150). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
