He was predeceased by: his parents, Cateno Costa and Maddalena Puleo Costa; his brother Sam Costa; and his wife Faye Marie Dinardo Costa. He is survived by: his children, Madeline Costa, James Costa (Anna), Frank Costa (Jodi) and Annette Costa. He is also survived by grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
