He is survived by: his wife Carole Teperow Goldberg; his children, Jennifer Michael (Barry), Jonathan (Davis) and Noah Sonja Kristofferson (Davis); his grandchildren, Alix (Barry), Sara (Barry), Alejandro (Barranco), Henry (Davis) and Samantha (Davis); his siblings-in-law, Lennie (Teperow), Rosalie (Sherman), Phyllis Breslof (Marc Breslof) and Helaine Zonderman; his nieces and nephews, Tobey Busch (Donald Buckingham), Marcy Busch (Marin Halper), David Breslof, Mara Zonderman, Julie Teperow (Patrick Campos), Mark Fine and Jeffrey Fine; his great-nephews, Max Busch and Joaquin Campos; and his great-niece Gabriella Campos.
