She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Crouppen; her daughter Shari Crouppen; her siblings, Charlotte Nehman (late Louis), Gilbert Dolgin (Sheila) and Harold Dolgin; and her brother-in-law Irwin Crouppen (late Dorothy).

She is survived by: her children, Tamera Leyva (Daniel), Frankie Crouppen and Steven Crouppen (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Benjamin Kamaliazad (Tianna), Radford Crouppen, Misha Crouppen (Gwen) and Alexander Crouppen; her great grandchildren, Liam Crouppen and Spencer Crouppen; her brother Robert Dolgin (Deborah); and her sibling-in-law Terry Crouppen.

Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), 16100 Chesterfield Pkwy W. Chesterfield, MO 63017.
