He is survived by: his siblings, Duanne Osborne, Wally Osborne, Rose Colli, Kathy Melrose and Pat Vogwill; his wife Barbara Osborne (Quinn); his son Joseph Osborne (Carey); and his stepgrandchildren, Harley Purre and Brooke Purre.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church (370 SW 3rd St, Boca Raton, FL 33432).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Joe's memory.
