He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Polsky and Anna Elkitz; and his wife Leslie Piken Polsky. He is survived by: his children, Beth and Eric; his grandson Austin; his son Andrew; his daughter-in-law Leslie; his grandson Ryan; and his brother Larry Polsky.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeside Memorial Park (10301 NW 25th St, Miami, FL 33172).
