He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordie McGinnis and Mildred Dominey McGinnis; and his siblings, Jimmy McGinnis and Brenda Raley. He is survived by: his wife Lanae Beasley McGinnis of Perry; his children, Heatherly McGinnis of Cordele, Philip Willard, Jr. (Trish) of Kathleen and Christina Michelle Graham of Brunswick; his grandchildren, Ancil Chandler, Adgel Chandler, Aaron Willard, Katherine Willard, Tony Graham (Bailey) and Sarah Graham (David Vassey); his great grandchild Charlee Jane Graham; and his sister Marcia Morris (Reggie) of Hawkinsville.
