He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Jacob of Deerfield Beach, Dennis Jacob, David Jacob (Lynne) of Rocky Mount and Don Jacob of Fort Myers; his grandchildren, Andrew Jacob and Kaitlyn Stallings (Will); his girlfriend Barbara Rohan; his son Thomas (Desiree); his grandchildren, Gabrielle and Thomas (Mara); Karliah.
