She was predeceased by: her husband William Emery; her parents, Alfred Silverstein and Shirley Friedman; and her sister Ethel Blossom Kaplan. She is survived by: her sons, David (Elaine Olmer) of Milford, CT and Robert (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Ashley Kurzweil (Matthew) and William; her niece Karin Kaplan; and her nephew Richard Kaplan.
