He was predeceased by: his father David Milhous; his brother John; and his grandson Caleb. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his siblings, Paul Milhous (Mary Ann) and Nancy Wilson (John); and his children, Peggy Milhous, Derrick Milhous (Samantha), Bret Winfrey (Jennifer) and Joel Winfrey (Roxana). He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren who all loved their "Papa".
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions/donations to be given to Sylvester Cancer Center in Miami, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and/or Parkinson's Foundation in Miami.
