She was predeceased by: her brother James Boomershine; and her daughter Michele Martin. She is survived by: her husband Michael Slaybaugh; her siblings, Doug Boomershine (Salle) of Tennessee, Margie Blumenthal (Mike) of Pennsylvania and Dave Boomershine (Mindy) of Maryland; her children, Norrie Leonard (Karl) of Florida and Robert Slaybaugh (Julie) of Pennsylvania; her granddaughters, Samantha and Holly Leonard; and her children, Laura and Liam Slaybaugh.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gary Panoch Funeral Home & Cremations (6140 N Federal Hwy, Boca Raton, FL 33487).
