He was predeceased by : his parents, Angelo Anzalone and Filomena Anzalone (Piccirillo); his son Theodore V. "Teddy" Anzalone Jr. (MaryEllen); his siblings, Joseph Anzalone, Rose Vincola, Angela Murphy, Anthony Anzalone and Vera DiGregorio; and his pet Petunia.

He is survived by : his wife Joanne Prevost Anzalone.
