He is survived by: his parent Thomas Joseph Gallagher Sr.; his wife Jerilynn Gallagher (Finnegan); his daughters, Alanna Ramirez (Michael) of Alpharetta, GA and Kimberly Horton (John) of Hollister, CA; and his grandchild Reagan Horton (Gallagher).
