He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Leavitt (Pop) and Irene Arbegust Leavitt (Mom). He is survived by: his wife Terry (Terry); and his children, Laura Varn (George), John Leavitt (Mary Ann) and Jim Leavitt. He is also survived by six grandchildren and; five great grandchildren.
