She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Perkins and Phillip Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Wilson, Adam and Ira Zuckerman; her grandchildren, Randalyn Dowker, Calvin Dowker (Rhonda), Vivian Zuckerman (Ira) and Ivy Zuckerman (Adam); her siblings, Darcy Perkins (Jim Oliver) and Tony Perkins (Cyn) of Indiana; and her close friend Tim Heitz. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and nephews.
