She was predeceased by : her parents, Clyde Caplinger and Lora Mae Smith Caplinger; her husband William Houston Matthews; and her siblings, Salden, Billy, Geraldine and Joann.
She is survived by : her children, Steven Burris of Bonifay, FL, Glenn Matthews of Bonifay, FL and Tammy Matthews of Bonifay, FL; her siblings, Jackie Caplinger, Regina West and Joyce; and her grandchildren, David Thomas, Heather Kneller, Jimmy Burris, Zachary Matthews and Jonathan Griffin. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
