She was predeceased by : her parents, Hezzie Forehand and Myrtle Pate Forehand; and her siblings, Wynell Steele and Ralph Forehand. She is survived by : her children, Debra Hall of Bonifay, FL and Joseph Clark (Susan) of Fort Myers, FL; her grandchildren, Scott, Kristie, Tiffany, Ryan and Erica; and her brother Junior Forehand. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
