He was predeceased by : his father James Monroe Harris; and his brother Hurtis Harris (Diane). He is survived by : his children, James Harris (Katherine), Andrew Wood (Holly), Thomas Turner (Geraldine), Greg Mayberry (Nikki), Rebecca Lane (Cody), Sheila Shultz (John), Dewana Brown (Alfonzo) and Raina Harvard (Brandon); and his siblings, Craig Harris, Wendom Harris, Wyndon Guy (Terri) and Cynthia Ream (Doug). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
