He is survived by: his son Frank Yates (Debra) of Hartford, AL; and his grandchildren, Brad Yates (Amber), Amy Poole (Brian), Michael Yates (Bethany), Jeremy Benton (Hannah) and Brandon Benton (Rebecca). He is also survived by 7 great grand children.
