She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Richard and Lorraine Belanger Richard; her husband James'Jim'Russell Welch; and her brother Raymond Richard. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Figga (Gina), James Figga (Krysta), Nicole O'Brien (Mike) and Matthew Brooks (Dody); and her sister Helene Carlson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
