He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosewell Clifford Miller and Madeline Register Miller; and his sisters, Delores Pyne and Karen Jean Forehand. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Miller; and his children, Joe Miller Jr. (Debbie), Cheryl Dungey (Hugh), Theresa Zdanis (Pauly), Cliff Miller (Jeannine) and Nadine Clouse (Chris Smolenski). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bonifay First United Methodist Church (1009 S Waukesha St, Bonifay, FL 32425). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Bonifay First United Methodist Church, 202 North Oklahoma Street, Bonifay, Florida 32425.
