She was predeceased by : her parents, Jay Brown and Rubye Curry Brown; her brothers, Jack, J. R. and Kim Brown; and her son-in-law Bobby Newsom.
She is survived by : her husband Rev. Clyde R. Smith of Bonifay, FL; her children, Quentin Smith (Susie) of Bonifay, FL, Wendy Nolen (Ken) of Bonifay, FL and Ellen Nicole Mitchell (Clay) of Graceville, FL; and her sisters, Lillie Smith of Geneva, AL and Iris Smith (Jerry) of Bonifay, FL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
