She is survived by: her children, James Thomas of Virginia, Mary Harper of Panama City, Richard Phillips Jr. of Rockaway Park and Krista Phillips-McCullough of Bonifay; and her grandchildren, Michael, William, Kyle, Brandon Harper, Kiersten Irene Phillips, Katie McCullough and Angela Phillips. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
