She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxwell Hodge and Lois Ellis Hodge; her husband Thomas Eugene'Tommy'Bush; and her siblings, Kenny Hodge, Carthel Hodge, Clifford Hodge and Ernestine Grantham.

She is survived by: her children, Donnie Bush (Tammy) of Bonifay, FL, Phillip Bush (Sheri) of Tibbie, AL, Dennis Bush (Maureen) of Panama City, FL and Connie McLendon (Paul) of Quincy, FL; her siblings, Richard Hodge (Pepper) of Bonifay, FL and Hilda Thomason of DeFuniak Springs, FL; and her grandchildren, Kelly Patrick, Emily Reid, Nicholas Bush, Carrie Hayford, Clara Taylor, Daniel Bush, Wesley Bush and Meredith Mock. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
