He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie and Kenny; and his siblings, Donna, Carol Ann, Butch and Gary.

He is survived by: his sons, Jeremiah (Melissa), Chad (Emily) and Shaun Edelstein; and his brother Larry Edelstein. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
