He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams Bowen; his children, Bryan Bowen, Joshua Bowen (Nikki), Noah Bowen (Megan), Bobby Bowen (Tiffany) and Tamara Bowen Leavins (Frank) of Bonifay; and his brothers, William Bowen (Alice) of Titusville and Steve Bowen of Chipley. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
