Andrews; his children, Stephen Blake Andrews, Kristi Mader (Lance Pittenger), Billy Ward, III, David Ward, Nathan and Nicholas; and his sisters, Deborah Morris (Michael) and Ann Bilinski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
