He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Delanor Burroughs and Lou Hazel Collins Burroughs; and his brother John David Smith. He is survived by: his uncles, Rev. Larry Collins (Ruth) of Bryceville, FL and Joseph L. Collins of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by several nephews, cousins, and friends.
