He was predeceased by: his parents, Ward Vernon Stevens and Enola Pauline Baker (Stevens); his wife Judy; his siblings, Ward Jr., Mickey, Jack, Richard "Butch", Betty, Pauline and Nancy; his children, Norma Jane Stevens and Mark William Stevens; and his grandson John Steven Lawrence.
He is survived by: his children, Robyn Stevens of Bonifay, Sue Stevens of Bonifay, Stephanie Miller (Bart) of Ruskin and William "Billy" Stevens (Michele) of Bonifay; and his sisters, Becky, Gail and Rita. He is also survived by eight loving grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
