She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick L. Blackwell and Frances T. Blackwell (Rioux). She is survived by : her children, Matthew A. Turner of Webster City, IA, Carina Ann Interian of Naples, FL and Thomas J. Bradley of Bonita Springs, FL; and her brothers, Russell Blackwell (Elisa) of Wyndemere, FL and Donald Blackwell (Cyndy) of Orlando, FL..

“Such a sweet, kind woman. I only spent a small amount of time with Carol when Tom came back to NY state. Thank you Tom. When they left that day, I said "Wow, what a sweet, kind woman".
