He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Mullins and Hazel Violet Mullins; his daughter Tammy Mullins-Krumlauf; his wife Carol Mullins; his sisters, Evie McFall and Anna Blevins; and his grandsons, Jacob Knittle and Austin Knittle.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Mullins and Lori Mullins-Harvey (James); his grandchildren, Jaclyn Krumlauf, Jessica Harvey-Lilley (Tommy) and Kelley Harvey-Fisher (Joe); his stepchildren, Colleen Beach-Lehrer (Tim), Dawn Hohler (Sam), Ryan Beach (April) and Julie Beach; and his siblings, Benny Mullins (Nancy), Jim Mullins (Daphine), Dee Davis, Laverne Winebarger (Onnie) and Linda Pace (Steve). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home & Crematory (410 Main St, Huron, OH 44839). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Meadow Green Cemetery (2602 Bogart Rd, Huron, OH 44839).
