He is survived by: his sons, Kraig Diehl (Sally) of Chippewa, PA and Kris Diehl (Lynn) of Berlin Center; his grandchildren, Russell Diehl (Kirstie), Rachel Killen (Taylor), Justin Diehl (Elena), Brandon Diehl, Ryan Diehl and Roger Diehl (Courtney); and his great grandchild Catherine Lora Killen (Baby Boy Diehl).
