It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris E Schwaigert of Bonita Springs, Florida, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on April 7, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick and Clara (Schmid); her daughter Lisa; and her brother-in-law Ed. She is survived by : her son Eric (Diana); her grandchildren, Angela and Eric; her sister-in-law Carole; her niece Beth; her nephew John (Alexa); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ivy and Axel.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCracken Funeral Home (1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
