He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Malcolm (Lewis) and Kenneth Malcolm. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Malcolm; his sons, Kenneth Malcolm and Christopher Malcolm; and his siblings, Bonnie Reid, Wendy Schultz and Keith Malcolm.
