He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Tyo (Perkins). He is survived by: his father Levi Tyo; his wife Wanda Tyo (Hall); his children, Brad Tyo (Tracy) and Crystal Mathias (Joe); his grandchildren, Justin, Spencer, Audrey Tyo, Andrew and Jack Mathias; and his siblings, Nancy Clift (Paul), Jim Tyo (Cindy) and Jeff Tyo.
