He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter G. Butkevich and Anna Butkevich (Romanauskas); and his sister Eleanor Cyronak. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Butkevich (Martin); and his grandchildren, Gavin Guthrie, Jason Guthrie, Alexander Martin and Katherine Martin. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
