She was predeceased by: her parents, William "W. G." Cutrer and Dorothy Cutrer; her daughter Diane Ferro; and her sister Helen Elaine Parrish. She is survived by: her husband Charles Matthews; her children, Robert Tomlinson and Stephanie Tomlinson; her brothers, William Parrish (Lynn), Kevin Michael Parrish (Terry), Gary Parrish and Bobby Parrish; her stepson Guy Matthews (Amanda); the father of her children Ray Tomlinson; her grandchildren, Kelsey Wilkinson (Jared Higginbotham) and Joshua Wilkinson; and her great grandchild Presley Higginbotham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Masters Funeral Home - Palatka Chapel (3015 Crill Ave, Palatka, FL 32177).
