He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Winchester and Ruby Winchester; and his siblings, James Winchester, Mary Alice Finfrock and Marion Winchester.

He is survived by: his wife Elsie Ann Klatt; his children, Sheri Lucas (John), Suzy Winchester, Joy Anderson (Dirk) and Bill II Winchester (Greta); his grandchildren, Julie Lucas (Ethan), Jonathan Lucas (Ashley), Ruby Lucas, Kelvyn Anderson, Kyra Anderson, Kaden Anderson, Emily Winchester and Bill Winchester III; his great grandchildren, Zoey Ledford and Isabella Lucas; and his caregivers, Alicia, Ophelia, Laura, Lauren of Hired Hearts, Fabiola, Shawn and Marie of Absolutely Haven.

He was a farmer who was very professional and made many contributions to the Boynton Beach community.
