She is survived by: her children, Chris (Julian), Mark (Peggy) and Kim; her brother Walter Kelly Lee (Ruth); her grandchildren, Kelley and Georgia; her great grandchild Sebastian; and her partner Holly.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the charity of choice in Frankie's memory.
