“I just heard about sweet Janet's passing. I knew her decades ago when she and her family belonged to Temple Beth El of Huntington, NY. I taught her son Adam in 4th grade and Janet was a teacher in the school. She and Bernie were very active in the temple and Janet sang in the choir. We were roommates at an educator's conference. She was a remarkable and wonderful person and I will remember her with fondness. May she always be a blessing and inspiration to all who knew and loved her. Diane Berg”
