He was predeceased by: his parents, Linwood E. Finch and Juanita Sewell Finch. He is survived by: his wife Linda Finch; his children, Bruce Finch of Hilliard and Dawn (Joe Smallcomb) of Lake Worth, Florida; his grandchildren, Jake (Amanda) of Lake Worth, Rachel "Rain" of Worcester and Zoe Smallcomb of Lake Worth, Florida; his great grandchild Luke Smallcomb; and his brother Linwood Finch of Raleigh.
