He is survived by: his wife Anne Carlisle; his children, Howard Master (Nicole Rica), Rabbi Jeremy Mater (Rabbi Alana Wasserman) and Leah Master Huth (Karl); his grandchildren, Peri Rose, Dara, Helena, Tobias, Katherine, Allison, Rachel and Zelda; his brother Richard Master (Susan); and his nephew Aaron Master.
