She is survived by: her sons, Steve Jacovsky (Nancy), Robert Jacovsky (Lori) and Jeff Jacovsky (Debbie); her grandchildren, Lisa Jacovsky, Michael Jacovsky and Raphael Jacovsky; and her sister Rita Quortin.
