He is survived by: his wife Eileen Catz Samuels; his children, Lynn Signer (Greg), Barry Samuels and Lisa Kotler; his grandchildren, Romy and Jack Kotler; his pets, Cody and Cooper; and his sibling-in-law Sandie Catz. He is also survived by friends and family.
