He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Krulowitz and Samuel Silverstein; and his son Marc Silverstein. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Silverstein; his children, Stuart Silverstein (Guita) and Caryn Silverstein; and his grandchildren, Emma Colwin, Isra Yaghoubi, Ari Silverstein and Daniel Silverstein.
