He was predeceased by: his nephew Lance. He is survived by: his children, Sara Watkins (Jason), Rachel Burwick and Max Burwick; his granddaughter Willow; his brother Bruce Burwick (Jane); his nephews, Myles (Angelina) and Zach; Neila Burwick.
